NHS Community Diagnostics Centre to move into vacant Metrocentre site, with Knowles & Co. instructed to act as Project Managers on behalf of the Landlord.

We are thrilled to announce that Knowles & Co. has been appointed by Sovereign Centros as the Project Managers for the construction of the NHS Community Diagnostics Centre at the Metrocentre, Gateshead. We are incredibly honoured to be entrusted with this significant project that will have a profound impact on the local community.

The construction of the NHS Community Diagnostics Centre marks a major milestone in enhancing healthcare services and accessibility in the Gateshead area. This state-of-the-art facility will serve as a vital resource, providing advanced diagnostic services and reducing the pressure on existing NHS resources.

This also marks the continuing diversification of the Metrocentre offering providing a variety of differing uses within an ever-changing retail environment.
