We were appointed by one of the Largest Shopping & Leisure Centres in Europe to fully co-ordinate the Landlord’s reconfiguration works to facilitate a new 30,000sqft JD Sports flagship store.

Works involved the full strip out back to shell and amalgamation of four retail units to form a single retail unit and the provision of new upgraded capped services.

We were responsible for the full design, cost management and full liaison with the incoming Tenant to ensure successful project delivery. By offering our client a comprehensive package of services we were able to save on project costs and timescales which is essential in a challenging retail environment.
