Robert Knowles FRICS FCABE MWPWS, founded the practice in 1990 and is a well-respected Manchester based Chartered Building Surveyor who takes pride in ensuring the clients get what they require.
Robert is married with three children (one of them now his business partner!). He enjoys watching football, walking and on a Saturday morning 5km park runs.
Andrew Knowles BSc (Hons) MRICS IMaPS is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor having worked for a national Building Consultancy firm for the last fifteen years. Andrew is proud to have played a significant role in the development of the office from two members of staff to over twenty and has a proven track record at delivering projects for his clients.
Andrew is married with two children. He is also enjoys watching football, running and listening to music. He is looking forward to the opportunity to work with his father!
